Of course, all our goods carry the standard 1-year manufacturers warranty as required by law. However, we are so confident of the quality and usability of our products that we are able to extend the warranty by a further 4 years, giving 5 years cover in total.

The extended warranty covers all parts and materials with just a few simple, normal exclusions as detailed below:
- Normal expected wear and tear, including reasonable fading of dyed fabrics.
- Accidental damage.
- Goods that have been altered by the others.
- Misuse or failure to install as per instructions provided.
- Non-recommended cleaning methods.
The cost of collection and or delivery back and forth is not covered by the extended warranty.
